History:

The beginnings of ballet can be traced in Italy during the 1400 s at the time of the renaisson 6. People developed a great interest in art and learning. The Italian city- states became rival art centres as well as competing commercial centers.

Catherine the Medicis became the queen of France in 1547. She introduced into the French court the same Kind of entertainments that she had known in Italy.

International ballet Competitions.

-one of the world's most prestigious dance competitions, open to both male and female dancers of all countries, and much like the Olympic Games in purpose. The first International Ballet Competitions were held in Varna, Bulg., in July 1964. The competitions were organized by the Bulgarian Ministry of Culture to sponsor a dance event of international interest, creating opportunities.

-Also there are other festivals, The festivals are held on the stage or theatre.

- tops.

Tamara Rojo. I like her because, she is a beautiful dancer Tamara is spectacular. She made many works for example: “Juliet and Romeo” in London. She dances very well. Also she has done plays dancing. She is a professional ballerina. Now she in the London peforming the valet of julieta and Romeo.

the trip of my dreams...*

I've always loved the idea of going to an island on Hawai,

two weeks of sea and sun... and Spa.
Ihave never been to Hawai.

I have spent every summer that I can remember in same place.
I love summer because there are holidays, and the weather is the most beautiful.
I like tropical fruit and in Hawai thevariety of tròpical fruit is enormous.

There are dolphins, tortorises, parrots, monkeys etc.

ON the beatch I have to practise swimming, running, jumping etc. and to sunbathe so my perfect tripis is swimming with dolphins.

It is beautiful. I have visited the island and I've sailed.

It will be fantastic.

Hi Marc!

I'm writing this e-mail from the USA. The wather is beautiful, but I really like it here the museums, shops, the people are very friendly and the monuments are beautiful.

We've just arrived here in New York. In the last few days we've seen the liberty Statue. It's very big and the parks are beautiful and big the food is different from here, but it is good.

Tonight we're staying in a five-star hotel in the center of the city in New york.

Tomorrow we're going to visit the Empire state building and I will see the whole town by night. It should be fun.

wlecome to júlia's club.
We have 3 buildings in the world.
one ia near the sea in hawai, the second is near the desert in Turkey and the theird is in Miami beach.
My club is the best because the people who work here are friendly, responsible and great. Ivette, Lluc and jase mcafle are often guests here.
The club has got a gym, a spa, a swimming pool, a sauna, a tennis court, a piercing specialist, a beauty specialist, activities for the children.
The people spend their time with the activitis or trips our center offers. We also have a plasttic surgery specialists, dance coaches etc.
After a few days in our clubs people feel better, stronger, happier, more relaxed and they look ten years younger.

My healthy life!

I don't smoke and I don't take any drugs.

My diet is healthy. I eat meat, fish, vegetables and fruit.
I do sports 4 hours a week. I always drink water, I don't drink coke.

A survivor's history*

last sunday I was in Hawai. The people were playing volleyball on the beach. There were people in the hotel and they were sleeping.
The other people were in the gamesroom in the hotel. I was in they room. I was sleeping because I was tired.
Suddenly I heard loud shouts. Then I woke up and I watched out of the window. I saw many people. They were running. I saw a tsunami. The wales were coming closer. I stayed in my room. I closed the windows and the doors. Afterwards the tsunami went by the hotel.
In the hotel we were safe, but all the people who were on the beach died.
